Watervale Hotel

The Watervale Hotel is a fresh produce to plate restaurant in a casual country pub. The kitchen is open 11am to 9pm, everyday offering degustation, shared plate feast and a la carte menus that all feature Clare Valley produce from our own organic and bio-dynamic Penobscot Farm as well as other partner suppliers.

2022 RCA SA Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer knows that her job is to enhance and enrich the fresh produce that Mother Nature has gifted us. Her food is authentic, flavoursome and nutritious by virtue of the sourcing.

The Watervale Hotel takes its responsibility to promote the virtues and diversity of Clare Valley wines seriously, with almost all Clare Valley producers, and every variety grown in the region on the list. Local beers, cocktails and mocktails using local botanicals also feature.
