Caity and Christian met 18 years ago whilst working in the hospitality industry, leading them to own and operate an Italian Restaurant in Hampstead Gardens, Adelaide.
Growing and expanding upon their experiences, they now bring you The UPPside Restaurant & Wine Bar. Transporting you to Europe and bringing to your table some of the best cuisine that the continent has to offer.
Christian grew up in Clare where he completed his apprenticeship as a Qualified Chef. He now showcases 25 years of culinary experience, where he developed a passion for European food and a love for handmade, home-grown produce. His menu is based around this and features seasonal changes.
Caity has a passion and love for wine. Caity’s love grew from when she indulged in a glass of wine as Christian cooked her dinner throughout the years. Caity has selected only local wines that pair perfectly with the menu, so you too can now have a glass of wine as Christian cooks dinner for you.
Located in Penwortham, moments away from the Riesling Trail, Caity and Christian welcome you to the UPPside.
