Sprout is a cooking school and catering company, committed to teaching South Australians how to cook fresh healthy and delicious recipes using local and seasonal produce.
Our purpose-built kitchen is South Australia’s largest and when we say our cooking classes are ‘hands-on’, we mean it! Watch us prepare a dish, then cook the same recipe at your own bench equipped with top of the range Miele appliances, before enjoying your meal with South Australian wine.
We offer small group cooking classes with 12 large stainless steel benches for up to 24 participants, meaning guests cook in groups of two or three and get 100% hands on! We create memorable food experiences!
