In 2021, Enrico and his Japanese wife, Akiha, made a tree change to The Adelaide Hills from his award-winning Sydney restaurant, Al Taglio. Since January 2023, he has been at the helm, creating a variety of two- and three-course menu packages, catering for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets as needed, and their menu is updated seasonally.
