Casa Carboni
Casa Carboni is an Italian Cooking School and Enoteca (wine and food shop) in the beautiful town of Angaston in the Barossa Valley.
Established by Fiona and Matteo Carboni in 2012 after moving to the Barossa from Parma in the north of Italy in late 2011. Matteo offers 2 hands-on cooking classes per week, private classes and cooking demonstrations on demand. The focus of the classes is the incredible farm gate produce that convinced Matteo to migrate to the Barossa, and regional Italian cuisine with recipes that are easy to replicate at home for friends and family.
